Frequently asked questions
My water has turned green — what do I need?
Usually a shock treatment: pH correction, intensive chlorination and flocculant to settle the dead algae, followed by extended filtration. Send us a photo and an analysis and we will prepare the kit with the exact schedule.
What is the difference between supermarket and professional chlorine?
Active-matter concentration, stabiliser content and compaction quality. A well-dosed professional product usually works out cheaper per season than a cheap one badly used.
Do you deliver to homes?
Yes, with our own delivery routes across the Barcelonès, Maresme, Vallès Occidental, Vallès Oriental and Baix Llobregat. For residents' associations and maintainers we offer scheduled restocking.
How should I store pool chemicals?
In a ventilated space away from direct sun, always separating acids from chlorine products, in their original closed containers. On delivery we point out the basic incompatibilities for safe storage.
