Contact form. We collect your name, email address, phone number (optional), installation type and message, for the sole purpose of handling and answering your enquiry and, where applicable, preparing a quote. The legal basis is your consent and the taking of pre-contractual steps at your request.

Website technical assistant. The questions you type and the images you upload are processed to generate an answer. We do not ask for identifying details in order to use it; we recommend not entering personal data beyond what the technical question requires. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in providing technical support.

Audience measurement. We use aggregated, cookie-free analytics that cannot identify individual visitors or track them across websites (see the cookie policy).

Enquiries are kept for the duration of the commercial relationship and thereafter for the statutory limitation periods applicable to potential liabilities. If an enquiry does not lead to a commercial relationship, the data is deleted once it has been answered and closed.

Assistant conversations are kept only for as long as needed to generate the answer and for technical diagnostics of the service.

We do not transfer personal data to third parties for those parties' own purposes, and we do not build commercial profiles or make automated decisions with legal effects.

We do work with providers acting as data processors, under contract and with appropriate safeguards:

• Vercel Inc. — website hosting and aggregated audience measurement.
• Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.) — delivery of contact form messages to our inbox.
• OpenAI, L.L.C. — processing of technical assistant queries.
• Supabase Inc. — database holding the document library the assistant consults.
• Google Ireland Ltd. — embedded map, only if you activate it manually.

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In those cases transfers are made under standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission or under adequacy frameworks in force.

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability at any time, and withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.

To do so, write to comercial@micblau.com stating the right you wish to exercise and enclosing a copy of a document proving your identity.

If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

The website is served over HTTPS and we apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data. No system is infallible, but we limit access to the staff who need it to answer your enquiry.

This site is not aimed at children under 14 and does not knowingly collect data from them.
